UQZ-1、-2、-3Series floating ball level gaugeThe series float level gauge is a pointer type instrument used to directly indicate the liquid level height inside various open or pressurized containers. Compared with the glass plate level gauge commonly used in industrial equipment, this instrument is not afraid of breakage and has clearer readings, especially suitable for direct indication of oily liquid media or toxic and harmful media that have a viscous effect on the glass tube wall. The instrument belongs to a pure mechanical structure, so it has inherent safety when working in flammable and explosive places.
The UQZ-1 and UQZ-3 series float level gauges are top mounted instruments that can be used for liquid level indication in underground water tanks or oil depots.
The UQZ-2 series float level gauge has strong anti vibration ability and can be used for installation in mobile devices such as tank trucks. The various indicators of this instrument comply with the requirements for liquid level gauges in the safety pipe classification of liquefied petroleum gas tanker issued by the former State Administration of Labor in February 1981.
UQZ-1、 -2. The -3 series instrument is not suitable for media that have strong corrosive effects on materials such as brass, aluminum, and stainless steel.

The UQZ-1, UQZ-2, and UQZ-3 series float level gauges should be installed in a position that is not obstructed when the float is moved up and down.
The tested medium should not contain ferromagnetic impurities.
In order to prevent the sealing tube of the floating ball of UQZ-1 and UQZ-3 instruments from slipping or colliding at high speed during transportation, which may cause the measuring strip to come out, the instruments are fixed with clamps at the bottom of the sealing tube and magnetic steel at the top of the sealing tube before leaving the factory. Before installation and use, users should first remove the clamp and raise the floating ball to the top of the sealing tube. Then gently move the float down and the pointer rotates accordingly.
The panel indication form of UQZ-1 instrument is similar to that of a watch. The long pointer scale is in centimeters, and both the pointer and scale are black. The short pointer scale is in meters, and both the pointer and scale are red. The indicator numbers are arranged clockwise during full measurement.
The UQZ-2 instrument comes with installation flange A when it leaves the factory, and users should provide pipeline flange B. Users can also directly use flanges with corresponding sealing surfaces instead of connecting pipes as shown in the drawing.
The installation of UQZ-2 instrument is generally selected at half of the range. If installed on a tanker, guide rods and floating ball vibration isolation devices must be installed on the upward and downward moving surfaces of the floating ball.
The panel indication form of UQZ-3 instrument is percentage.
